Range Rules
Everyone must follow the Basic Rules of Firearm Safety at all times while on the range. Range Safety Officers are on duty to ensure a safe environment for all shooters.
Range Waiver Form
Anyone using the lanes or a firearm on the range must complete the Range Waiver Form. We recommend completing the waiver online before you arrive to save time at check-in.
Please Note
- You may bring your own targets and ammunition.
- Reloaded ammunition is permitted only in personally owned firearms.
- Rental firearms require factory-new ammunition purchased the same day as the rental.
- Tracers, incendiary, armor-piercing, bimetal jacketed, and steel-core ammunition are prohibited on all lanes.
- All pistol calibers are permitted on all lanes.
- Rifle calibers up to .308 Winchester are permitted on all lanes.
- Enter and exit the range one door at a time.
Age Restrictions
Naples
- Ages 7–12: Rimfire only.
- Ages 13–17: All calibers permitted.
- Ages 18–20: May shoot alone; cannot purchase handgun ammunition (Florida law).
- Ages 21+: All calibers permitted; firearm rentals available.
- Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times inside the facility. The guardian must sign the waiver and remain with the minor throughout the visit.
Cocoa
- Ages 7–12: Rimfire only.

Range Safety Rules
- Treat all firearms as if they are loaded.
- Firearms out of a case must always point down range.
- Keep your finger off the trigger until ready to fire.
- Act responsibly at all times.
- No alcohol or drugs before or during shooting.
- No food, drink, gum, or tobacco inside the range; wash hands after shooting.
- Report unsafe conditions to a Range Safety Officer immediately.
- Verify your firearm is in safe operating condition.
- Know the mechanism and safety features of the firearm you are using.
Ammunition Rules
- Use only correct, safe ammunition for each firearm.
- Reloaded ammunition is permitted only in personally owned firearms; rentals require factory-new ammunition.
- Armor-piercing, tracer, and steel-core ammunition are prohibited.
- Shotguns: only 00 buckshot or slug on all lanes.
- The shooter is responsible for using appropriate ammunition.
Code of Conduct
- Eye and ear protection are mandatory on the range.
- Never handle firearms behind the firing line; case and uncase only at the shooting bench.
- Uncased firearms without a holster must be cased and unloaded when removed from the lane.
- Keep actions open and magazines removed until ready to shoot.
- One firearm at a time; case and unload before bringing out the next.
- Shoot only from your booth; all others remain behind the firing line.
- Use only official targets properly secured to the backer.
- Human-figure targets (e.g. law-enforcement silhouettes) are prohibited.
- On CEASE FIRE: stop immediately and await instructions from the Range Safety Officer.
- Collect only your own brass behind the firing line.
- Drawing from a holster, using a sling, or removing lane counter/gates requires staff assistance (holster qualification and sling deployment classes are available).
- Obey the Range Safety Officer; violations may result in removal without refund.
- Short-barreled shotguns or shotguns without a stock are prohibited.
