Returns

The Alamo Range return policy varies by product category. Review the sections below before your purchase. The Alamo reserves the right to refuse a return and refund of any item that does not conform to these guidelines or is deemed repackaged in a fraudulent manner.

• Inspect all firearms thoroughly before completing your ATF Form 4473. Once a new firearm is transferred, it is considered used — even if unfired.
• All firearms purchased from The Alamo are not returnable or refundable.
• The Alamo handles warranty claims on NEW firearms for the first year after purchase, including armorer labor, freight, and transfer fees, as a service to our customers.
• Used firearms purchased at The Alamo are evaluated by our armorer and repaired at no cost to the customer for 30 calendar days after purchase.

• Returns on accessories are accepted within 10 business days of purchase with the original receipt.
• Refunds are issued in the same manner as the original purchase. Cash refunds over $100.00 are refunded by check within 14 calendar days of return.
• All returns must be in new, undamaged condition in original packaging, including accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration included with the product.

• For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on: next-to-body holsters such as bellybands; apparel that has been worn, laundered, or is without tags; Can-Can specialized female holsters; and all ear and eye protection.
• For safety and liability reasons we cannot accept returns of: ammunition, primers, smokeless powder, exploding targets, and any other explosive or hazardous materials including cleaning fluids.
• Any product cut out of its cardboard or plastic clamshell-type packaging.

Classes and private instruction are non-refundable. Students who wish to reschedule must notify training at least 24 hours in advance at dpatterson@alamorange.com. No-shows and last-minute cancellations do not receive credit for another class.
